30-day notice for cancellations
Cancellation requests are processed with 30 days' notice.
Pause allowance
Holds may be approved on request for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year (minimum 2 weeks per pause). Additional holds at our discretion and may require supporting evidence. Admin fee of $10/week applies for paused memberships.
